A batter-dominated day produced record-breaking individual scores and a blockbuster chase, setting up a mouth-watering title clash on Tuesday.

Steelers Demolish Super Kings With Record Stand

Jamshedpur Steelers, put in to bat, found themselves in early trouble at 47/2 in 5.2 overs before Kumar Karan and Ravi Sharma launched one of the most devastating partnerships in the league's short history. Karan, named Player of the Match, remained unbeaten on a historic 143 not out off 63 balls — the highest individual score in the league — while Sharma blazed an unbeaten 81 not out off 46 balls.

The pair stitched together an unbroken 203-run third-wicket partnership, catapulting the Steelers to a colossal 250/2 in their 20 overs. Harsh Raj (1-41) and Junaid Ashraf (1-65) were the only wicket-takers for the Koylanchal Super Kings on a bruising afternoon.

Chasing 251, the Super Kings — who had topped the league stage — never found their footing, losing wickets at regular intervals. Captain Utkarsh Singh fought magnificently, stroking a blistering 101 off 46 balls, but received minimal support. Robin Minz was the next best contributor with a brief 14 off 11 balls. The Super Kings were eventually bowled out for 171 in 17.3 overs, handing the Steelers a comprehensive 79-run victory.

The Steelers' bowling was led by Pratik Ranjan (3/36) and MD Kounain Quraishi (3-31), with Aman Kumar Singh chipping in with a tidy 2-28.

Royals Chase Down 221 in Dominant Fashion

The second semi-final saw the Ranchi Titans post a highly competitive 220/8 in their 20 overs. Shrestha top-scored with a dynamic 62 off 36 balls, supported by cameos from Aryan Hudda (29), Priyanshu Choubey (24), Rajandeep Singh (24), and Kumar Ankit (23). For the Chota Nagpur Royals, Vikash Singh claimed 3/54, while Suprieyo Chakraborty (2-38) and Rahul Rajak (2-60) took two wickets apiece.

In reply, the Royals were relentless from the first ball. Openers MD Nazim Siddiqui and captain Virat Singh put on a blistering 97-run opening stand before Siddiqui fell for a rapid 43 off 19 balls. Virat, named Player of the Match, continued his assault with a commanding 77 off 43 balls. After his departure, Kumar Kushagra took centre stage, smashing 58 off 26 balls, with Shresth Sagar contributing an unbeaten 27 to see the Royals home.

The Royals completed the chase in just 17.2 overs, finishing at 221/3 for a seven-wicket victory. Saurabh Sekhar's 2/47 was the lone bright spot for the Titans' bowlers.
