Punjab Kings, the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise, has formally extended its support to the Sher-E-Punjab T20 League, partnering with the Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) to strengthen the talent pipeline for emerging cricketers across the state. The league is scheduled to run from 30 August to 13 September 2026 at the I.S. Bindra Stadium, Mohali, featuring six teams competing across 27 matches.

Organised by the Punjab Cricket Association, the tournament is designed to bridge the gap between grassroots cricket and the professional circuit. It will feature marquee names including Shubman Gill, Abhishek Sharma, Arshdeep Singh, Prabhsimran Singh, Ramandeep Singh, and Gurnoor Brar, playing alongside emerging talent from across Punjab.
