CM Fadnavis with deputies at Missing Link inauguration

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis of Maharashtra inaugurated the 'Missing Link' project on the Yashwantrao Chavan Mumbai–Pune Expressway in Khalapur, Raigad on 1 May 2026, alongside Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde and Sunetra Ajit Pawar.

The 'Missing Link' tunnel entrance on the Mumbai–Pune Expressway was formally inaugurated on 1 May 2026 in Khalapur, Raigad district, as part of the expressway's capacity expansion initiative.

CM Fadnavis, accompanied by Deputy CMs Shinde and Pawar, inaugurated the completed 'Missing Link' section and laid the foundation stone for further capacity expansion work on the Yashwantrao Chavan Mumbai–Pune Expressway in Khalapur, Raigad on 1 May 2026.

The 'Missing Link' project ceremony in Khalapur marked both the inauguration of the completed tunnel section and the foundation stone laying for subsequent expansion phases on the Mumbai–Pune Expressway, led by Maharashtra's top three ministers on 1 May 2026.
