The seventh ASW Shallow Water Craft is indigenously designed and built by Cochin Shipyard Limited in Kochi, reinforcing India's 'Aatmanirbhar Bharat' push in naval defence manufacturing as of 29 July 2026.
Cochin Shipyard Limited delivered the seventh Anti-Submarine Warfare Shallow Water Craft to the Indian Navy on 29 July 2026, with Vice Admiral Atul Anand of the Department of Military Affairs officiating at the ceremony in Kochi.
