Rekha Gupta launches DPCC 2.0 at Delhi Secretariat

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, joined by Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa, launched the upgraded Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) 2.0 portal at the Delhi Secretariat on 13 July 2026.

The DPCC 2.0 portal is designed to streamline pollution monitoring and regulatory compliance for Delhi, replacing the earlier system with a more integrated digital interface, according to officials.

Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa joined Chief Minister Rekha Gupta at the Delhi Secretariat for the official rollout of the DPCC 2.0 portal, marking a step toward digitising Delhi's pollution control framework.

The Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) portal upgrade is expected to enhance real-time oversight of industrial emissions and environmental compliance across the capital, according to the Delhi government.
