Hyderabad, Dec 24 (NationPress) In celebration of Akshara Gowda's birthday, the producers of director Prasanna Kumar Kota's film 'Hai Lesso' unveiled the first look of her character, Vaadi Kanthamma, along with a striking poster.

On his X timeline, producer Siva Cherry shared the poster, stating, "In a world dominated by men, she commands the stage. The team behind #HaiLesso wishes the elegantly fierce #AksharaGowda a very Happy Birthday. Prepare to see her as the audacious ‘VADDI KANTHAMMA’ on the big screen soon."

Starring Sudheer Anand, also known as Sudigali Sudheer, as the lead, Hai Lesso is a production by Siva Cherry and Ravikiran under the Vajra Varahi Cinemas banner. This film marks the production house's debut while being the fifth film for Sudheer Anand as the leading man.

Set in a rural environment, the movie features Sivaji, acclaimed for his compelling role in 'Court', as the antagonist. The previously released first look has garnered positive feedback.

The title, 'Hai Lesso', takes inspiration from a common phrase in farming circles, enhancing its authentic rural essence. The film's title logo is creatively designed to resemble a ship with a female leg forming the letter ‘S’. A mysterious figure wielding a weapon is also visible in the poster.

Alongside Akshara Gowda, the film features Natasha Singh and Naksha Sharan as the female leads, along with a talented ensemble cast including Motta Rajendran and Getup Srinu.

This film is backed by a dynamic and skilled technical team, with Anudeep Dev composing the music, Sujatha Siddharth handling cinematography, and Chota K Prasad as the editor. Brahma Kadali serves as the production designer, while Chinta Srinivas has penned the screenplay, with Ranjitha Guvvala taking charge of costumes.

Hai Lesso is set to release in theaters in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
