Arjun Das, widely recognised for his seamless shift from menacing antagonist roles to leading-man parts in Tamil cinema, headlines the film alongside actress Teju Ashwini, best known for her work in 'Blackmail'. Popular dance choreographer and actor Sandy Master, who portrayed the antagonist in the blockbuster 'Lokah: Chapter 1 - Chandra', will reprise a villainous role in 'Super Hero' as well.

Music for the film is being composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab, the composer celebrated for his work on the Malayalam blockbuster 'Hridayam'.
