He stated, “We are witnessing a notable increase in user engagement, particularly following the release of Gemini 3 in December. Our investments in AI and infrastructure are driving both revenue and growth to satisfy customer demand and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Our projected 2026 CapEx investments are expected to be between $175 billion and $185 billion.”
Pichai added, “We have collaborated with Reliance Jio to offer an eighteen-month complimentary trial of our Gemini product suite and two terabytes of cloud storage to over 500 million consumers. Reliance Enterprise clients will also gain access to Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise and TPUs, integrating the best of Google AI into their workflows.”
In the December quarter, Search revenue surged by 17 percent, while YouTube generated over $60 billion in annual revenue from ads and subscriptions.
“The Cloud segment saw a remarkable growth of 48 percent, now boasting an annual run rate exceeding $70 billion. “Our latest model powers Google Anti Gravity, a new development platform enabling agents to autonomously plan and execute complex software tasks. It has already attracted over 1.5 million weekly users just two months post-launch,” he concluded.
