Chennai, Aug 2 (NationPress) Actress Anupama Parameswaran, whose role in the newly released Malayalam film Janaki V Vs State of Kerala has garnered significant acclaim, recently expressed her heartfelt appreciation to the Malayalam audience, admitting she was taken aback by the overwhelming warmth and kindness she received.

In a touching message shared on her Instagram, Anupama expressed, "With the release of Janaki, I feel compelled to say Thank You. After a hiatus from Malayalam cinema, I never anticipated such a gracious welcome. The love you've shown for my character truly moved me."

The actress revealed that she has been immersing herself in all the "supportive messages, reviews, and personal notes" from viewers, stating that each sentiment about how Janaki resonated with them meant everything to her. Anupama also conveyed her gratitude to her director Pravin Narayanan for placing his trust in her to portray Janaki and for allowing her the freedom to fully embody the character.

For those unfamiliar, Janaki V Vs State of Kerala, which debuted on July 17 this year, is a crime courtroom drama directed by Pravin Narayanan. Produced by Phanindra Kumar and co-produced by Sethuraman Nair Kankol, the film, claimed to be based on true events, features cinematography by Renadive and editing by Samjith Mohammed. In addition to Anupama Parameswaran, the cast includes Suresh Gopi, Divya Pillai, Sruthi Ramachandran, Askar Ali, Madhav Suresh Gopi, and Baiju Sandosh. The musical score was provided by Ghibran, with songs composed by Gireesh Narayanan.
