Ed Sheeran Teases Upcoming Album Launch in 2025

Los Angeles, Jan 1 (NationPress) The acclaimed English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran has left his fanbase buzzing with excitement for 2025, as he makes a bold announcement that is both thrilling and tantalizing.

The 33-year-old artist, known for his hit song 'Shape of You', spent a significant portion of 2024 touring with his ongoing The Mathematics Tour. This tour commemorates the music from his first five studio albums: Plus, Multiply, Divide, Equals, and Subtract. Launched in April 2022, the tour is set to continue until September 2025 and has already seen the fiery-haired pop star perform 43 concerts worldwide in 2024 alone, as reported by Mirror.co.uk.

Since his debut in 2011, Ed has released five mathematically-themed albums, alongside two additional records, including the Number 6 Collaborations Project in 2019 and Autumn Variations in 2023.

However, the anticipation for his next album, rumored to drop in 2025, has fans eagerly awaiting more news. On New Year's Eve, Ed took to social media to reflect on the past year, hinting that he does indeed plan to unveil a new record in the upcoming year.

In a caption accompanying a series of photos, he stated, "2024 was a year of touring, painting, traveling, fathering, recording and creating. Thank you for all the wonderful memories this year. 2025 is a year of releasing, which I'm very excited about. See you in the new year for a lot of fun stuff. Have a great one gang."

According to Mirror.co.uk, his followers expressed their enthusiasm over the announcement, with many sharing their joy of having experienced his live performances throughout the year.
