Eight Lives Lost in Boat Capsizing Incident in China
Guiyang, December 2 (NationPress) Authorities have confirmed that eight individuals perished following the capsizing of a boat in Guizhou Province, China.
The accident took place around 9:30 am on Monday on the Pingzheng River in Congjiang County, as reported by the Xinhua news agency.
Five individuals were rescued and are currently in stable condition.
The boat that capsized has been identified as a privately-operated vessel. An investigation is ongoing.
