Los Angeles, April 19 (NationPress) Actress Elizabeth Perkins has revealed her experience of unintentionally making it onto a Fashion Faux Pas List due to an unexpected wardrobe incident.

The 64-year-old actress reminisced about her time on the red carpet at the 2000 Golden Globes, as reported by People magazine.

She recounted, "I was in a dress that unexpectedly opened up, and underneath, I was wearing fishnet stockings and leopard-print underwear."

Perkins explained to People, "I had no idea my dress would come undone; I certainly didn’t choose to wear those leopard-print undergarments. They were simply sheer enough to escape notice through the dress."

It was only after the ceremony that the star of Afterparty discovered a photo had been taken at that precise moment, which subsequently placed her on a worst-dressed list.

She expressed her disbelief, stating, "It was like, 'Oh look, she's in leopard-print underpants.' I thought, 'Why would you publish that? It seemed like they implied I did it intentionally, but why would I? That was not my choice.'"

According to People, the actress, who is featured in the upcoming sequel Another Simple Favor, also discussed a series of memorable events.

When asked about the last item she took from a film set, she mentioned, "I always take something home. The most significant piece was from The Flintstones; it was a Flintstone rendition of Vincent van Gogh’s Sunflowers. It’s still displayed in my home."

She then shared her recent experience of singing aloud, saying, "My daughter (Hannah Jo Phillips) and I attended the closing night of Taylor Swift's Eras tour, and we sang our hearts out. We were both hoarse the following morning."

Finally, she recounted the last time she felt starstruck: "I was seated next to Eddie Vedder at a concert. He’s been on my Top 10 list of people I’ve always wanted to meet. I hesitated to introduce myself until the end, when I simply said, 'Hi.'"
