Mumbai, Dec 12 (NationPress) Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar candidly discussed their lives before and after marriage in the recent episode of the celebrity talk show Rashami Ke Dil Se Dil Tak.
While chatting with host and actress Rashami Desai, Gauahar shared that she had reached a point where she was finished with men prior to meeting her husband Zaid.
When asked by Rashami about her ideal partner, Gauahar replied, “I didn’t have any specific expectations. In fact, when I met Zaid, I was completely disillusioned with men. I thought to myself, 'I don’t want to meet any men; they are all afraid of commitment and seem to want to flee.' I was prepared to be open in a relationship, yet most men were not.”
She further mentioned that she was in a transformative phase of her life, having entrusted everything to God.
“I prayed, asking for a good man—if it was meant for me, I would accept it from you. Believe me, just a month later, we crossed paths, and he was the one who reached out to me,” Gauahar recounted.
Zaid also chimed in, stating that he had resolved not to date anyone and was ready to head straight for marriage.
He expressed, “Even a month ago, I had decided I didn't want to date anyone anymore. I thought, this is the only time I will do this, and I will do it comfortably, but now, it feels impossible for me to even think about dating someone.”
