New Delhi, Nov 15 (NationPress) A contingent from the Indian Air Force (IAF), which includes the Suryakiran Aerobatic Team (SKAT) and Tejas fighter jets, has arrived at Al Maktoum Airbase in Dubai in preparation for the esteemed Dubai Airshow 2025, set to take place from November 17 to 21.

As reported by IAF officials, this mission highlights both India's aerial capabilities and its expanding defense-diplomacy efforts in the Middle East. The Dubai Airshow 2025 is anticipated to feature more than 1,500 exhibitors, 490 delegations, and upwards of 200 aircraft.

On its official X account, the IAF stated: “An IAF contingent consisting of the Suryakiran Aerobatic Team and Tejas fighters has arrived at Al Maktoum Airbase, Dubai for the Dubai Air Show.”

Meanwhile, the Suryakiran team tweeted: “Greetings, Dubai! The Suryakirans have landed at Al Maktoum Airport to participate in the prestigious Dubai Airshow 2025!”

The Suryakiran Aerobatic Team, established in 1996 and operating Hawk Mk-132 aircraft, is renowned for its precision flying and formation aerobatics. To date, it has completed over 700 display missions worldwide.
