Bangkok, March 13 (NationPress) The Indian youth boxing squad has secured five medals at the 2026 World Boxing Futures Cup taking place in Bangkok, thanks to a remarkable performance in the quarterfinals on Friday.

The team’s hopes for medals soared as Gunjan (48kg), Joyshree Devi (54kg), Ambekar Meetei (50kg), Chandrika Pujari (51kg), and Radhamani Longjam (57kg) all advanced to the semifinals, guaranteeing the nation five medals in this prestigious tournament.
