Srinagar, Sep 17 (NationPress) The Lt Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, along with Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and various BJP leaders from the Union Territory, on Wednesday, joined a multitude of well-wishers in celebrating Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 75th birthday.

L-G Manoj Sinha expressed his wishes on X, stating, “Heartfelt birthday wishes to Hon’ble PM Shri @narendramodi Ji. I pray for your long & healthy life. Under your visionary leadership, our nation is attaining remarkable progress across all sectors. Your unwavering dedication to the welfare of the people continues to motivate us all.”

Ladakh L-G Kavinder Gupta also shared his greetings via X, saying, “Sending heartfelt birthday wishes to the world’s most admired leader, the architect of New India, and a true servant of Mother India, Honorable Shri @narendramodi Ji. Your visionary leadership is shaping a new global identity for India. May Lord Shri Ram bless you with health and longevity.”

Gupta additionally shared a stunning image of sand art created by acclaimed sand artist, Padma Shri Sudarsan Pattnaik, who crafted a beautiful sand sculpture in Puri to mark the milestone birthday of the Prime Minister.

In his message on X, J&K Chief Minister Omar Abdullah conveyed, “Wishing the Hon PM @narendramodi Sb a very happy 75th birthday. May he be blessed with good health & a long life dedicated to serving our nation and its citizens.”

J&K BJP president, Sat Sharma, remarked, “In honor of our esteemed Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji's birthday, I took part in a cleanliness initiative organized under Sewa Pakhwada at the Radha Krishna Temple in Shakti Nagar, Jammu. I also offered prayers for the Honorable Prime Minister's long and healthy life during this occasion, where prasad was distributed.”

Senior BJP leader Ashok Koul extended his wishes, saying, “Heartfelt birthday wishes to our illustrious Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi Ji!”

The ongoing public outreach and welfare campaign, termed 'Sewa Pakhwada', will extend from September 17 to October 2.

The J&K BJP has developed a comprehensive schedule to honor the Prime Minister’s birthday in a manner reflective of service, as exemplified by Narendra Modi.

The Sewa Pakhwada initiative in Jammu and Kashmir will encompass a variety of public welfare and awareness programs, including a statewide blood donation drive on September 17, health check-up camps, cleanliness drives, tree planting initiatives, distribution of assistive devices for the differently-abled, and awareness campaigns focused on public welfare schemes. The campaign also seeks to engage district-level administration, with the School Education Department responsible for activities like beautifying schools and offering voluntary extra classes.
