Mumbai, Aug 7 (NationPress) Actor-filmmaker Kunal Kemmu has achieved a remarkable milestone with his directorial debut, 'Madgaon Express', a buddy-comedy, securing three nominations at the Screenwriters Association Awards.
The film features actors Divyenndu, Pratik Gandhi, and Avinash Tiwary, and is both written and directed by Kunal, produced under Farhan Akhtar's Excel Entertainment.
Expressing his joy regarding the recognition at the 6th edition of the SWA awards, Kunal stated, "I am thrilled and grateful to be nominated in all three categories for my debut film. This is the first time my work has been acknowledged by the writing community, and I appreciate all the love that 'Madgaon Express' has received."
Prior to 'Madgaon Express', Kunal contributed as a writer to the cult classic 'Go Goa Gone', where he crafted the dialogues.
