Jaipur, Nov 20 (NationPress) A leopard that caused a stir for nearly two hours in the prestigious Civil Lines area of Jaipur was ultimately tranquillised by the Forest Department on Thursday. The elusive big cat was initially sighted in the basement of a residence located on Lane No. 6.
After wandering through nearby homes and streets, it returned to the same residence, where the rescue team successfully tranquillised it.
The leopard has been safely extracted from the bungalow and is scheduled to be transferred to the Jhalana Leopard Reserve, as confirmed by forest officials.
