Hyderabad, March 5 (NationPress) The creators of the much-awaited mythological thriller 'Vrushakarma', directed by Karthik Dandu and featuring Naga Chaitanya as the protagonist, unveiled an exhilarating glimpse video on Thursday. This sneak peek indicates that the film transcends a simple treasure hunt adventure, delving into a world filled with dark forces and mythological intrigue.

Via their social media platforms, the production house Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra (SVCC) announced, "A mythical thriller like no other. Step into the realm of #Vrushakarma. #VrushakarmaGlimpse OUT NOW. Yuvasamrat @chay_akkineni in @karthikdandu86's vision."

The video begins with a man under the influence of an ominous power, drawing a portrait of a man with a gouged eye. As the sketch is completed, he grimaces in agony, and a bat-like creature emerges from his mouth, proceeding to kill a man in the exact manner depicted in the portrait.

A voiceover ominously states, "When an unmatched power awakens... when creation strays from its intended purpose... destiny will carve its own path." The video briefly showcases characters played by Jayaram, Meenakshi Chaudhary, and Naga Chaitanya.

The production team has revealed that Meenakshi Chaudhary portrays a character named Daksha, while Jayaram takes on the role of Professor Ranganath.

This glimpse video supports Naga Chaitanya's earlier claims regarding the film, where he expressed excitement about collaborating with director Karthik, known for the horror thriller 'Virupaksha'.

Naga Chaitanya stated in an interview that this film would be a mythological thriller rich in VFX, and he is thrilled about this project. He noted that he has never taken on a film of this magnitude during his 15-year career.

He previously mentioned, "This film will explore themes of adventure and treasure hunting."

It’s worth noting that the film's title was revealed on Naga Chaitanya's birthday last year, accompanied by the release of the first look poster showcasing him in a fierce and raw look, flaunting his muscular build.

On Instagram, Naga Chaitanya shared the first-look poster with the caption, "#vrushakarma it is for #nc24 (sic)."

Director Karthik Dandu's project is being produced on a grand scale by BVSN Prasad and Sukumar under the banners of Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra LLP (SVCC) and Sukumar Writings. The film also features a proficient technical team, with the story crafted by director Sukumar. The cinematography is handled by Neil D Cunha, while Ajaneesh Loknath provides the musical score. Editing is managed by National Award winner Navin Nooli, and the art direction is led by Sri Nagendra Tangala, who previously collaborated with Naga Chaitanya on 'Thandel'.
