Mumbai, Dec 21 (NationPress) - On Sunday, actress Nikita Dutta delighted her fans by sharing snippets from her spontaneous solo journey to London during this festive season.

Embracing the city's holiday ambiance, she provided a glimpse into her serene moments overseas. Via her Instagram account, the star of ‘Kabir Singh’ uploaded a video showcasing the highlights of her first day in London. Nikita shared her experience of touching down in the city, braving the chilly weather, and indulging in gelato despite the cold.

She also described her encounters with squirrels and birds in St James’s Park. The actress explored the historical Winston Churchill’s War Rooms during her walk, later meandering through iconic locations like Trafalgar Square and Bond Street. She marveled at the beautifully illuminated Christmas streets before wrapping up her day with a satisfying pasta dinner. Along with the video, Dutta captioned, “Day 1 in London: Ate too much, walked too much, still not tired Christmas, London, Travel, A day in my life.”

In the footage, Nikita is heard saying, “Day one on my unexpected solo trip to London. I have landed, checked in, bundled up while it's eight degrees outside and very wisely decided to enter a gelato store because that's what intelligent people do. I am enjoying a double scoop of vanilla and hazelnut chocolate gelato in this cold while strolling outside and feeling the brisk wind.”

“I don't know how wise that decision was but while walking, I entered St James Park and spotted a lovely squirrel right there along with birds that gave me the most aesthetic, unexpected shots. I became so fascinated that I tried to follow it for a while but eventually let it be because it was just too cool for me. I continued walking since the sun was shining, which is quite rare here, and eventually made my way to Winston Churchill's War Rooms, which are located in a basement.”

“I walked towards Trafalgar Square, which I believe is currently the most crowded place in the world. At least that's my impression. There was barely any space to navigate. That’s the stunning Christmas tree of Central London. Afterwards, I headed to Primark to grab essentials like gloves, leggings, and caps because it is indeed freezing, and I was starving after that. In search of food, I wandered through these beautifully lit streets,” Nikita Dutta shared.

“That's Bond Street, by the way, one of the prettiest streets, and I randomly found myself walking through Birlingham Arcade in search of food when I finally stumbled upon Chaconne's, which was the first spot I noticed. I devoured a plateful of pasta because just look at those steps that led me there.”

On the professional front, Nikita Dutta has appeared in notable projects such as “Gold,” “Kabir Singh,” “The Big Bull,” the supernatural horror film “Dybbuk,” and the web series “Khakee: The Bihar Chapter.”
