Sharma's inspection included key facilities such as the Crude Distillation Unit and the Main Control Room. He engaged with refinery officials to gain insights into operational progress and aspects.
Stressing the refinery’s importance, he remarked that it would fortify the state’s economy and create ample job opportunities for local youth.
Furthermore, he reviewed the preparations for the public gathering where the Prime Minister will speak, inspecting the venue and instructing officials to ensure all arrangements are completed ahead of schedule. While reviewing the venue layout, he emphasized the necessity for stringent security protocols.
Post-inspection, the Chief Minister convened a meeting with officials at the venue to evaluate the readiness for the Prime Minister’s visit. He provided essential directives to guarantee the seamless execution of the event.
Considering the rising temperatures, he ordered officials to arrange sufficient drinking water and seating for the attendees. He also instructed coordination among the Traffic Police and Transport Department to facilitate appropriate parking arrangements.
Highlighting cultural representation, he stated that the venue should embody Rajasthan's rich art and heritage, allowing visitors to experience the state's illustrious traditions.
Officials presented a comprehensive overview of the event preparations during the meeting. Earlier, the Chief Minister received a warm welcome at the helipad from public representatives and officials who presented him with floral bouquets.
