Key Transfers at the IAS Level

Pragya Kevalramani, who was serving as Udaipur Divisional Commissioner, has been moved and posted as Commissioner, Tribal Area Development (TAD). Khajan Singh, previously awaiting posting orders (APO), has been appointed the new Divisional Commissioner of Udaipur.

H. Guite, also on APO, has been appointed OSD at HCM RIPA, Jaipur, while Avichal Chaturvedi takes charge as Commissioner, Food Safety. Sohanlal moves from Additional Commissioner, Commercial Taxes to Joint Secretary, Agriculture Department, and Divyansh Singh shifts from SDM Beawar to Joint Secretary, Education Department.

RAS Officer Movements

Seven RAS officers have received fresh postings under the same order. Rajlakshmi Gehlot moves from ADM, Chittorgarh to ADM (Land Acquisition), Chittorgarh. Jagat Rajeshwar has been appointed Deputy Secretary, Women's Commission, Jaipur, shifting from the Agriculture Department.

Jaipal Singh Rathore is posted as SDO, Beawar, moving from Deputy Commissioner, Ajmer Development Authority. Kartikeya Meena transfers from DSO, Kota to SDO, Aklera, while Pooja Meena is appointed SDO, Bhawani Mandi, relocating from her role as Land Acquisition Officer for the ERCP Project, Water Resources Department, Alwar.

Sunita Yadav-3 has been posted as SDO, Nohar (Hanumangarh), moving from Executive Director (Grievance Redressal), Rajasthan State Health Assurance Agency, Jaipur. Banwari Lal Bairwa has been appointed Assistant Collector, Bhadra, shifting from SDO, Aklera.

One Transfer Cancelled

Notably, the transfer of Sushil Kumar Saini — from Assistant Collector, Sikar to SDO, Nohar — has been cancelled as part of the same order, an unusual inclusion that signals a mid-course correction by the personnel department.

The Department of Personnel explicitly cited the upcoming urban local body and Panchayati Raj institution elections as the reason for the immediate-effect directive, with no joining time or leave granted to any officer.
