The actress, known for her latest release “Ikk Kudi”, mentioned that while she has no immediate plans to tie the knot, she is not entirely dismissing the idea for the future.
“Ikk Kudi”, which marks Shehnaaz’s debut as a producer, narrates the story of a girl's quest to find the right partner. The film, penned and helmed by Amarjit Singh Saron, was unveiled on October 31.
During an interview regarding the significance of marriage in today’s world, Shehnaaz stated: “Marriage is not essential. If you don’t feel compelled to do it, that’s perfectly fine. People choose to marry, and that’s okay. Although I believe that I may not get married, I can’t definitively say I’ll never consider it. Perhaps I might have to make that decision tomorrow. It’s crucial to choose wisely for myself.”
Gaining fame through her participation in “Bigg Boss 19” and her bond with the late star Sidharth Shukla, Shehnaaz acknowledges that marriage is a significant life choice.
“You are committing your entire life to a man after leaving your parents' home. It’s a substantial decision… you don’t know who your partner will be. It’s a different scenario. We can only wait and see what unfolds.”
In the film industry, she was most recently featured in Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, with Rajkummar Rao and Triptii Dimri, making a special appearance for the track “Sajna Ve Sajna.”
