The prominent Bollywood artist also shared an image of Captain Vikram Batra, a hero who lost his life while battling Pakistani forces in the Kargil district of what was once Jammu and Kashmir.

Regarding “Shershaah,” this biographical war drama directed by Vishnuvardhan features Sidharth Malhotra in a dual role as Indian Army Captain Vikram Batra and his twin brother Vishal, with Kiara Advani portraying Dimple Cheema.

The film chronicles Batra’s evolution from a young cadet to a highly decorated officer in the Kargil War, culminating in his martyrdom during Operation Vijay in 1999. It achieved immense success on digital platforms, becoming the most streamed Indian film on Amazon Prime Video in India at its launch.

In other updates, on July 16, Sidharth officially shared the joyful news of welcoming his first child, a baby girl with wife Kiara Advani, stating that their “world” has “forever changed.”

He took to Instagram to share a heartwarming announcement post in pink from both him and Kiara.

On July 15, rumors about the arrival of their baby girl began circulating.

The couple had announced their pregnancy in February this year, with the due date set for August. Recently, they were seen at a maternity medical facility, raising concerns about the well-being of both mother and child.

Kiara was admitted to H. N. Reliance Hospital in the Girgaon region of Mumbai for her delivery.
