Hyderabad, Sep 24 (NationPress) With only one day remaining for the much-anticipated release of the Pawan Kalyan film ‘They Call Him OG’, director Sujeeth has taken to social media to express his heartfelt appreciation for the film's music director Thaman and editor Navin Nooli.

In a post on his X timeline, Sujeeth praised Thaman, stating, "@MusicThamananna has been an unwavering source of support, accompanying me at every stage since the outset. His music, presence, and dedication are memories I will cherish forever. I am keenly looking forward to audiences experiencing his extraordinary music, destined to be remembered for years. He also shared a touching message for editor Navin Nooli, highlighting their journey as both moving and emotional.

The film has generated immense anticipation among fans and movie enthusiasts ever since the release of a glimpse video during actor Pawan Kalyan's birthday.

The clip featured the film's antagonist reading a letter addressed to OG (portrayed by Pawan Kalyan). In the letter, he states, "Dear OG, I look forward to meeting, conversing, and ultimately eliminating you, your OMI. Happy birthday OG." Following this, the video showcases the antagonist viciously attacking his victims with a baseball bat. The action sequences provide a glimpse into the fierce challenges that OG will confront in the film. It also depicts Pawan Kalyan wielding a Japanese Katana sword at the conclusion, promising an intense and gripping showdown.

Further heightening the excitement was the trailer released on Monday. It reveals that gang wars have reignited in Mumbai, this time with all guns aimed at gang lord Sathya alias Sathyanarayana. Fearing for his safety, Sathyanarayana retreats into hiding, leaving his unit in chaos. The only one capable of facing the formidable adversaries hunting down his team mercilessly is Ojas Gambheera (Pawan Kalyan), who is summoned to Mumbai. The narrative centers around what unfolds when OG arrives in the city.

‘They Call Him OG’, directed by Sujeeth, features a robust cast including Emraan Hashmi, Priyanka Arul Mohan, Prakash Raj, and Sriya Reddy in significant roles. Produced by DVV Danayya and Kalyan Dasari under the DVV Entertainment banner—known for the global sensation RRR—OG is already being hailed as the most significant cinematic event of 2025.

Cinematography is handled by Ravi K Chandran ISC and Manoj Paramahamsa ISC, while editing is done by Navin Nooli. Titled after its enigmatic lead, and bearing the tagline “They Call Him OG,” the film promises an exhilarating blend of mass appeal, intrigue, and excitement.

Originally scheduled for release on September 27 last year, the film faced delays and is now set to premiere almost a year later on September 25.
