Abhishek Sharma, the young opener, has successfully retained his top position after a stunning half-century against the Black Caps during the T20 World Cup final. His teammate, Ishan Kishan, has surged up the rankings, now sitting in second place after amassing 317 runs in the tournament, as reported by the ICC.
Kishan's outstanding performance has earned him a career-high rating, trailing Abhishek by merely four rating points.
