Hyderabad, March 10 (NationPress) The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has officially granted a U/A certificate for the action-packed entertainer 'Ustaad Bhagat Singh', directed by Harish Shankar and starring Pawan Kalyan in the titular role. This announcement was made by the film's production team on Tuesday.

The production house, Mythri Movie Makers, took to their X account, stating, "#UstaadBhagatSingh receives its U/A certification. Recently, the film's release date was moved up to March 19, ahead of its previously scheduled date of March 26.

In their announcement regarding the new release date, Mythri Movie Makers expressed, "Our USTAAD is arriving a week early to ignite massive celebrations at the box office! #UstaadBhagatSingh GRAND WORLDWIDE RELEASE ON 19th MARCH 2026. #UBSOnMarch19th."

Additionally, the team revealed that they have enlisted renowned music director Thaman to handle the background score for the film. This decision was made because Devi Sri Prasad, who is composing the songs, could not allocate sufficient time for the background score.

Mythri Movie Makers stated, "Thank you for the overwhelming response to #Dekhlengesaala and #Auraofustaad from 'Ustaad Bhagat Singh'. Your enthusiasm for the music has been phenomenal."

In a significant update, the production team clarified, "Due to delays in finalizing reels for the background score with DSP, we are unable to align with his timeline. Despite his best efforts, DSP cannot accommodate this within his schedule due to prior commitments. We respect his decision, and with mutual agreement, we have brought Thaman on board for the background score. While DSP's songs will make you groove, Thaman will take charge of the background music."
