New Delhi, May 26 (NationPress) Actress Wamiqa Gabbi has expressed that she selects projects that hold significance both creatively and professionally. If a role ignites her passion and contributes positively to her career, that’s what motivates her to accept the offer.
When questioned about her film selection criteria—whether it hinges on what the project offers her or what she brings to it—Wamiqa shared with IANS: “I believe it’s a combination of both. If you feel you’re making a contribution, that your character enhances the narrative, then it certainly becomes intriguing.”
She further elaborated: “And if the project also enriches your portfolio — because you aspire to deliver exceptional work — then it’s fundamentally the same. Ultimately, when you sense that participating will be thrilling or rewarding, that’s when you agree.”
The actress’ most recent release is “Bhool Chuk Maaf” alongside Rajkummar Rao. The film premiered on May 23, having initially been set for a digital release on May 16.
