With 64 percent of the skills relevant to most jobs expected to evolve by 2030 in India, research from LinkedIn indicates that 25 percent of professionals are concerned about lacking the necessary skills for the future. Additionally, 60 percent are open to transitioning to different industries, and 39 percent plan to acquire new skills.

Conversely, 69 percent of recruiters in India report a disconnect between the skills that professionals possess and the skills that companies actually require.
