Mumbai, July 22 (NationPress) Bollywood star Aayush Sharma, who recently underwent two surgeries, proudly displayed his impressive physique and washboard abs, expressing that his comeback must be nothing short of extraordinary.
Aayush posted on Instagram, sharing striking monochrome gym photos.
The first image reveals his enhanced biceps, while the second showcases his washboard abs.
His post caption read: “Comeback toh Zabardast hona chahiye, warna maza kaise aayega (The comeback has to be spectacular, otherwise, where's the fun in it!)”
Earlier this month, he shared a video of himself performing shoulder shrugs with heavy weights, highlighting his muscular back under warm yellow lighting.
“The weights don’t care who you were. Only who you choose to become,” the 34-year-old actor captioned the video, which featured Ryan Miller’s track “Masculine” as the backdrop.
On June 24, Aayush took to social media to announce his recovery journey after undergoing two surgeries related to back pain.
He shared a note on Instagram stating: "Life has its way of slowing you down to make sure you listen.”
“For the past couple of years, I had been dealing with persistent back pain that began during an action scene in Ruslaan — nothing too dramatic, so like many, I ignored it, masked it, and continued on.”
He reflected: “It finally caught up with me during my current film shoot, and things shifted. Movements that used to feel instinctive — dancing, stunts, even simple stretches — became limited. What I thought was temporary turned out to be much more serious.”
Aayush acknowledged that underestimating the pain was his greatest mistake.
“But now… here we are. After two surgeries, I’m officially on the path to recovery. This journey has just commenced, and I’m filled with gratitude, hope, and an intense desire to return to what I cherish most — being in front of the camera.”
