Chennai, June 28 (NationPress) Actor Gautham Ram Karthik, the son of renowned actor Karthik, has officially signed on for an upcoming Sci-fi crime thriller produced by the same team behind the critically acclaimed horror thriller 'Pechi'.
Industry insiders reveal that the film will be helmed by Sooriyaprathap S, known for his work in Naalaiya Iyakkunar season 1. Sooriyaprathap has previously served as an associate director on the blockbuster Kochadaiiyaan, directed by Soundarya Rajinikanth.
This exciting project will see Gautham Ram Karthik portray a police officer, with production led by a talented team including Dhanishtan Fernando, Rajarajan Gananasambandam, Sanjai Shankar, and Shaik Mujeeb under the Verus Productions banner.

The film boasts a talented technical crew, with cinematography led by Arjun Raja, editing by John Abraham, and music composed by Vithushanan. Production design is spearheaded by Bhavna Govardan, and action choreography is entrusted to Miracle Michael.
Santhakumar from Hocus Pocus Studios is in charge of VFX, while costume design will be handled by Deepthi RJ.
