Mumbai, Dec 2 (NationPress) Actress Aditi Malikk made an unexpected trip to Jaisalmer to surprise her husband Mohit Malik for their anniversary, as he was occupied with his professional duties.
Reflecting on her spontaneous journey, Aditi shared that she had initially planned to skip travel due to her busy Christmas schedule. However, she ultimately followed her instincts and embarked on the trip.
"Sometimes the most memorable plans are the unplanned ones! (Evil eye emoji) With Christmas fast approaching and Mohit tied up with back-to-back shoots, I had no plan to travel… but my heart urged me to go! (Smiling Face with Sunglasses Emoji) (sic)."
As Mohit had an early 5:30 AM call time, Aditi noted that her husband fell asleep early on their special day. The 'Shararat' actress mentioned that they cut their anniversary cake at 5 AM, right before he had to leave for his shoot.
Aditi shared a video on her Instagram, showcasing her journey of over 1000 kilometers to celebrate their anniversary.
In the video, Mohit was seen affectionately feeding her cake and applying sindoor (Vermilion) on her forehead.
Describing her experience with her Instagram followers, Aditi said, "I took a last-minute flight to #Jaisalmer, spent our #anniversaryeve with @mohitmalik1113, witnessed him crash early for his 5:30 AM call time, and we cut our cake at 5 AM before he left. Ultimately, it’s the moments that matter—the unplanned ones that feel magical. No extravagant setup, just a spontaneous choice that made it perfect. (teary-eyed and love-struck emojis)."
Aditi and Mohit have previously collaborated on the television show "Miilee".
The couple got engaged on July 14, 2010, and married on December 1 of the same year.
