Mumbai, Nov 26 (NationPress) Actor Akshay Oberoi has officially announced that he will be appearing in the much-anticipated film “King”, featuring Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan and directed by Siddharth Anand. He describes this opportunity as “a dream come true” and states that his “checklist” is now complete.
This project signifies Akshay’s third partnership with Siddharth Anand, following the successful Fighter and their OTT series, Flesh.
In a statement to IANS, Akshay expressed: “It’s a dream come true, my checklist is complete now that I’ve got the chance to work in a King Khan film and share screen space with him. Growing up, Shah Rukh Khan has been one of my biggest inspirations not just as an actor, but as someone who redefined charisma and hard work in Indian cinema.”
