Mumbai, Oct 8 (NationPress) Television star Alan Kapoor, renowned for his role in “Diya Aur Baati Hum”, has tied the knot with his beloved Raviraa Bhardwaj, expressing that “some things are meant to be.”

On October 7, Alan and Raviraa shared a heartfelt post on Instagram, featuring two stunning images from their wedding festivities.

In the first photo, the couple strikes a charming pose. The second captures their joyous celebration by the seaside. Alan, in an elegant ivory sherwani, is seen twirling the beautiful Raviraa, who dazzles in a traditional red bridal lehenga embellished with gold embroidery.

They captioned their post: “Some things are meant to be 07.10.2025.”

As per media reports, Alan met Raviraa a few years back through mutual friends, and they have been inseparable ever since.

The actor has been sharing glimpses of their wedding celebrations with fans and friends on his Instagram stories.

“Diya Aur Baati Hum” was produced by Shashi Sumeet Productions and featured Anas Rashid and Deepika Singh.

Set in the picturesque backdrop of Pushkar, Rajasthan, the series aimed at shattering the stereotypical portrayal of women in rural India, chronicling the inspirational journey of Sandhya Rathi, who aspires to become an IPS officer. With the support of her husband Sooraj, she overcomes numerous challenges to achieve her dreams.

A sequel series, Tu Sooraj Main Saanjh, Piyaji, features Rhea Sharma and Avinesh Rekhi.

In the original show, Alan portrayed IPS Rahul Kapoor, a friend of Sandhya and the ex-boyfriend of Roma.

Raviraa is recognized for her roles in shows like Aisa Q, Listen 2 Dil, and Breakup ki Party.

The plot of Aisa Q revolves around the assassination of a state’s chief minister in a public setting, shrouded in mystery with multiple suspects.
