Mumbai, June 16 (NationPress) After the release of the song “Nazara” from “Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan” last week, actress Ananya Panday, who is best friends with debutante Shanaya Kapoor, expressed her excitement by revealing that she can't stop singing it.
Shanaya shared a post on Instagram showcasing a moment with actor Vikrant Massey. In the picture, she is seen wearing a blindfold, while Vikrant sports dark sunglasses.
In her caption, Shanaya wrote: “Pehli baar ishq hua jaise aankhon ko tera hi nasha jaise tera bas tera hi nazara piya. #Nazara song shoot #bts”.
Interestingly, Ananya's comment on the post highlighted her enthusiasm for the track, sung by Vishal Mishra. She remarked: “Can’t stop singing”.
To which Shanaya affectionately replied: “Anni love you (heart emoji) miss you.”
The film, directed by Santosh Singh, features Shanaya alongside Vikrant Massey. It is a romantic comedy inspired by Ruskin Bond’s classic short story, “The Eyes Have It.” The project, produced by Mansi Bagla and Varun Bagla, is backed by Zee Studios and Mini Films.
Set to premiere on July 11, this marks Mini Films' second collaboration with Vikrant Massey after their earlier project, the remake of “Forensic.”
On June 15, Shanaya provided fans with a sneak peek of her first-day workshop for ‘Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan’ through social media.
She shared a behind-the-scenes clip, showcasing her excitement as she embarks on her cinematic journey, stating: “First day of workshop for Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan with the best best bestttttt @rachitsingh08.” In the video, she is captured on a couch with a mask, and upon removing it, she screams with delight.
Last week, the film's creators unveiled a teaser that introduced the story of a blind musician, played by Vikrant Massey, who encounters a passionate theatre artist, portrayed by Shanaya Kapoor. The teaser concludes on a touching note, with Massey’s character declaring, “Love is blind.”
