Mumbai, Oct 15 (NationPress) Bollywood star Anil Kapoor has successfully completed the dubbing process for his forthcoming action-drama Subedaar, helmed by Suresh Triveni.

The director took to Instagram stories to share an exclusive behind-the-scenes glimpse. In the image, Anil is seen alongside the esteemed actor Saurabh Shukla at the dubbing studio, referring to it as a “film school.”

Anil also re-shared the post, commenting, “Dubbing wrapped.”

Set against the backdrop of rural India, Subedaar tells the story of Arjun Singh, a former soldier grappling with the challenges of civilian life, burdened by his past and a strained relationship with his daughter.

As he confronts personal and societal obstacles, he must repair his fractured bond with his daughter, Shyama (played by Radhikka Madan), while battling his internal demons.

The film is produced by Vikram Malhotra, Anil Kapoor, and Triveni. It will debut on Prime Video. With themes of honor, sacrifice, and resilience, the film promises to deliver a powerful narrative of a man torn between duty to his nation and the needs of his heart.

Earlier this month, Anil shared a snapshot from his trip to Australia, captioning it: “The best journeys are measured in the memories we make with the right people, down under and on top of the world with this crew.”

The veteran star's recent project was Ayan Mukerji’s War 2, where he shared the screen with Hrithik Roshan and NTR Jr. of RRR fame.

He is also set to appear in Alpha, which is part of the YRF spy universe, like War 2. In Alpha, he will star alongside Alia Bhatt and Sharvari from Munjya fame. Alpha is particularly noteworthy as it marks the first female-led action film within the spy universe.
