Mumbai, April 1 (NationPress) Renowned actor Anupam Kher was visibly moved while revealing details about his upcoming project, ‘Tanvi The Great.’
Kher, celebrated for his impactful performances, was seen with tears in his eyes as he discussed the film's personal importance and the journey that led to its realization. On Tuesday, he shared a reflective video on his Instagram, saying, “Tanvi The Great—The Journey: My film #TanviTheGreat is ready! It's time to gradually inform the world about it! I’m uncertain on how to initiate the marketing. The marketing team provided some sound advice! Initially, I believed the film's story was purely fictional! But our Tanvi is not a figment of imagination! He is real!”
“This is why the promotion must also be genuine. So, here’s my direct conversation with you. I’m not sure why I felt emotional during this discussion. Actually, I do know! Anupam mentioned, “I want to communicate with all of you. This year, while celebrating my birthday in Haridwar, I spent a morning gazing at the Ganga and contemplating my life, reflecting on my accomplishments. Certainly, my accomplishments include working on 40-50 films, undertaking significant roles, and being honored with the Padma Shree and Padma Bhushan, but I believe my biggest achievement is that I have lived my life on my own terms.”
He continued, “I hail from a small town, and 43 years ago, I relocated to Mumbai—with little hair, but plenty of confidence. At 28, I was portraying characters intended for 35-year-olds. People told me my career had peaked and that I would only land older roles, but I shattered that stereotype. I had faith that I would discover strength in being my authentic self.”
