Mumbai, June 23 (NationPress) Renowned actor Anupam Kher expressed his astonishment after strolling through the streets of New York alongside the iconic Robert De Niro. He remarked that he never envisioned such a moment, not even in his wildest dreams.
During his visit to the Big Apple for the premiere of his upcoming directorial venture, “Tanvi: The Great”, Anupam shared a photograph of himself and De Niro walking together on Instagram.
In his post, he wrote: “Never in my wildest dreams had I ever thought that one day I would be walking on the streets of New York with the GREATEST ACTOR in the world, the ICONIC #RobertDeNiro! God is kind, and so is Mr. De Niro!! Jai Mata Di! #Actors.”
Anupam and De Niro have a long-standing friendship and previously collaborated in the 2012 romantic comedy-drama “Silver Linings Playbook”, directed by David O. Russell.
This film is adapted from Matthew Quick's 2008 novel The Silver Linings Playbook and features an impressive cast, including Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence, De Niro, Jacki Weaver, Chris Tucker, John Ortiz, Shea Whigham, Anupam Kher, and Julia Stiles.
