Mumbai, Nov 28 (NationPress) YouTuber and actor Ashish Chanchlani shared insights about his experience working on the new series “Ekaki” alongside Arjun Kanungo.
The music producer has created the original soundtrack for Chanchlani’s upcoming web series. The OST features three tracks—Porancha Ranga, Market, and Kehne Ko Kya Raha—all set to launch with the show. Reflecting on his collaboration with Arjun, Ashish humorously remarked, “I was incredibly stressed and frankly had a lot of anxiety working with someone like Arjun (haha!). But, having him involved made the entire process far more enjoyable than I ever expected. Ultimately, he provided me with free music. So, I have no choice but to say: Love you, Arjun! Thank you for being there.”
Expressing his enthusiasm for their partnership, the singer mentioned, “Being a part of this project and crafting music for Ekaki with Ashish has been a fantastic journey. Ashish and I have shared a friendship for years, and this collaboration allowed us to combine our creative energies in a truly thrilling manner. I’ve viewed a few episodes, and they’re absolutely remarkable; the show is exceptionally well-made. This is a significant project for him, and I’m genuinely thrilled to contribute, even in a minor way, to bring the series to life musically.”
Arjun elaborated, “Each track conveys a distinct mood: one is a vibrant, catchy anthem, while another possesses a smooth, groovy feel, and the last one is an energetic track. There’s a melody for every audience. I sincerely hope the OST becomes something that listeners revisit long after the show concludes—music that transcends the series.”
On a related note, “Porancha Ranga” is Arjun’s inaugural Marathi composition. It’s a striking track embedded in desi energy and cultural rhythm. “Market,” conversely, is a Marathi hip-hop number that Arjun has adapted from one of his label artists’ original works. Meanwhile, “Kehne Ko Kya Raha” showcases Arjun Kanungo’s unique style, merging contemporary sounds with emotional depth.
The web series Ekaki made its debut on November 27.
