Bhagyashree Shares a Recipe for Nutritious Winter Laddoos

Mumbai, Dec 3 (NationPress) Veteran Bollywood actress Bhagyashree has provided insights on preparing nutrient-rich laddoos ideal for the winter season.
She took to Instagram to share a reel where she offers a detailed guide on crafting delicious laddoos.
The video commences with the line, “Who doesn’t enjoy sweets? In today’s world, many are watching their diets. However, I’m here to share a recipe for sweets that are both delicious and nutritious.”
She continues, “Chana Dal, Khana, Badam, Kaju, Pista, Akhrod, Goon, Kali Miri, Ajwain, and Goor. Start by grinding the roasted chana dal. Next, grind the makhana and the assorted dry fruits. Toast the goon in 1 tsp of ghee and the besan in 2.5 tsp of ghee. Then, combine the makhana along with kali miri and a hint of ajwain. Add the dry fruits and mix well. Finally, incorporate 1.5 tsp of good.”

She emphasized that these laddoos are loaded with vital nutrients beyond just protein.
