Mumbai, Nov 28 (NationPress) Actress Nimrat Kaur shared her empowering journey while embodying a powerful female character in “The Family Man Season 3.”

Reflecting on her experience in a predominantly male writer’s room, she emphasized the importance of adding depth to her character. Nimrat remarked, “It’s intriguing that the writer's room consists entirely of men. Here, we meet a strong woman excelling in a man’s world, crafted by men. I find that captivating and incredibly empowering as I take on that role and explore my own identity.”

She continued, “Often, I would contemplate my own confidence, wishing to embody that self-assuredness in situations where I might otherwise retreat.”

The ‘Airlift’ actress contrasted her character’s boldness with her own life, noting how her profession grants her a sense of freedom and empowerment.

“It’s fascinating to portray a character that I’m not sure I could emulate in reality. I often question if I possess that strength, given my background and upbringing. This freedom is a gift of being an actor,” she stated.

Nimrat portrays the antagonist Meera in “The Family Man Season 3.” Directed by Raj & DK, the series also stars Manoj Bajpayee, Priyamani, and Jaideep Ahlawat. The third season premiered on Prime Video on November 21, 2025.

Regarding the show, Manoj Bajpayee previously described his return as a “true homecoming.” He expressed, “For the last four years, fans have bombarded me with inquiries about when Srikant Tiwari will return. We now have the answer with a new season that is not only larger and bolder but also elevates the stakes for Srikant to unprecedented levels.”
