Mumbai, Oct 14 (NationPress) In classic “Bigg Boss” style, a simple household chore escalated into a major confrontation between Amaal Mallik and Farrhana Bhatt over the responsibility of washing dishes.
A new promotional video released by the channel on Instagram showcased the heated exchange as the duo faced off in the kitchen.
The clip featured the caption: “Bartan dhone par hoga ghar mein bawaal, between Farhana and Amaal!”
In the footage, Farrhana hands Amaal an extra utensil while he is on cleaning duty.
Amaal then admonishes Farrhana for not clearing it sooner. In a heightened tone, Farrhana responds that she simply forgot.
“Don't forget,” Amaal insists.
“Leave it Amaal, I will handle it. Just leave it,” he retorts.
Kunickaa Sadanand intervenes, advising Farrhana not to disturb Amaal as he fulfills his task.
Farrhana countered: “Then why did you lecture me earlier?”
Amaal clarified that he has the right to voice his concerns regarding shared responsibilities.
Farrhana argued that if Amaal wants to take charge, he should do so, or vacate the kitchen.
Amaal urged her to communicate respectfully.
“I thought you were my friend, which is why I addressed you politely,” he remarked.
Farrhana shot back, “Don't treat me with such respect.”
“Why should I abide by your demands when it's your oversight?” Amaal challenged, later adding, “Respect is reciprocal. I showed you respect.”
He asserted, “You can't dictate to me what to do. Your tone was inappropriate, prompting me to raise my voice. I won’t heed anyone who says ‘nikal,’” Amaal stated.
Amaal then appealed to this week’s captain, Nehal Chudasama: “If you don’t ask her to apologize, captain, then this utensil duty will remain unresolved.”
Farrhana retorted, “Sorry, my foot.”
