Mumbai, July 26 (NationPress) Actress Dalljiet Kaur has embarked on her fitness journey, revealing that the chaos of life and emotional fluctuations have prevented her from achieving her fitness goals over the last year.
Dalljiet took to Instagram to share a video of herself exercising in the gym, showcasing her strength training for both her back and legs.
“For the past year, I’ve attempted to get fit multiple times… but the chaos of life, my busy schedule, and emotional challenges always set me back. However, this time I’ve made a decision—no more excuses. (I’ve been trying to get fit for the past year… But life’s chaos, a hectic routine, and emotional ups and downs always pulled me back. This time, I’ve decided—no more excuses,” she expressed.
She mentioned that for her transformation, she has selected the ideal trainer, whom she described as her “last resort.”
“He is known as the strict trainer who employs a scientific approach infused with a touch of madness to achieve desired results. He incorporates various training philosophies, as different individuals have unique requirements; thus, precise diet and training are essential to meet those specific needs and standards,” she added.
Dalljiet further stated: “It’s now about more than just my body; it’s about healing myself from within.”

Dalljiet Kaur, who married Nikhil Patel in March 2023 and relocated to Kenya with him, returned to India with her son in January 2024.
Last year, she criticized her ex-husband Nikhil Patel, who accused her of 'non-consensual cyber bullying' and 'ongoing media harassment', labeling him a 'shame on humanity'.
Previously, Dalljiet was married to Shalin Bhanot, her co-star in 'Kulvadhu', whom she wed in 2009. Their son, Jaydon, was born in 2014. The couple filed for divorce in 2015 after Dalljiet accused Shalin of domestic abuse.
