Mumbai, June 24 (NationPress) Singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh is currently engaged in promoting his upcoming horror-comedy film, "Sardaar Ji 3".
In a recent post on Instagram, Diljit showcased his entertaining commentary skills while enjoying a fine dining experience with his team.
Initially, he was spotted arriving at a restaurant where he enjoyed avocado toast and scrambled eggs, washed down with a refreshing glass of orange juice, which he consumed in one swift gulp. Subsequently, he stumbled upon a peculiar fruit that he found to be quite sour.
He then encountered a gigantic croissant. While trying to figure out how to tackle it, Diljit humorously remarked, "Ye abnormal kisam ka croissant aaj main try karunga..Panga padh gaya hain jhaaki(byte) kha se maru?... Ayee panga nahi lena aari se kaat dunga, kaat ke saab ko baat dunga."
The crew also indulged in coffee and dessert afterwards. However, the standout moment of the video was undoubtedly Diljit’s witty commentary, which added a delightful touch to the entire experience.
"SARDAAR JI 3 Advance Bookings Open Now Only on Overseas," Diljit captioned the post.
This video comes at a time when Diljit is facing significant backlash for casting Pakistani actress Hania Aamir in "Sardaar Ji 3".
Hania appeared in the recently launched trailer of the sequel, which has stirred controversy following heightened tensions at the LoC after the tragic Pahalgam terror attack, leading to widespread discontent.
In response to Hania's inclusion in the film, Suresh Shyamlal Gupta, president of the All Indian Cine Workers Association, issued a statement calling for a nationwide boycott of "Sardaar Ji 3".
He has further urged artists throughout the Indian film industry to refrain from collaborating with Diljit in any capacity, including live performances.
Directed by Amar Hundal, "Sardaar Ji 3" features prominent roles from Jasmin Bajwa, Manav Vij, Sammy Jonas Heaney, Gulshan Grover, Nasir Chinyoti, Monica Sharma, Saleem Albela, and Daniel Khawar, among others.
