Mumbai, Aug 12 (NationPress) Renowned director and choreographer Farah Khan visited actor Arjun Kapoor's residence in Mumbai to film her latest vlog.
During an engaging conversation, the creator of 'Main Hoon Na' reminisced about the moment she first noticed the spark of a future star in Arjun.
Farah shared that while filming Salman Khan's 'Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya', Arjun unexpectedly burst into dance, astonishing everyone with his impressive moves.
“The moment I realized that Arjun had the potential to become a star was during our shoot in the Maldives. He was youthful, energetic, and fit back then, joining Varun and the rest... Naturally, we had nightly celebrations after shooting, and then he suddenly started dancing, leaving us all speechless,” the director of 'Om Shanti Om' reflected.
In response, Arjun remarked: “At that time, I didn’t envision myself as an actor. I was simply a massive fan of Michael Jackson.”
Arjun made his debut in Bollywood in 2012 with 'Ishaqzaade', alongside Parineeti Chopra, establishing himself as a promising talent.
Since then, he has broadened his artistic horizons with films like 'Aurangzeb', 'Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar', '2 States', and 'Mubarakan', among others.
His most recent appearance was in Mudassar Aziz's romantic comedy, 'Mere Husband Ki Biwi'.
This past May, Arjun celebrated 13 years in the film industry. To mark the milestone, he penned a heartfelt open letter to his younger self, stating, “Dear 26-year-old Arjun, you made it. You are on the brink of a dream that once seemed unattainable. I remember how many nights you spent watching films, believing cinema would be your escape and purpose. You worked tirelessly to transform not only your body but also your mind and spirit. The sacrifices and challenges were all worthwhile. Stay humble, stay hungry, and never forget that this journey began with a bullied kid who loved movies too much to quit.”
