Chennai, Dec 4 (NationPress) Two-time National Award-winning music composer, actor, and producer G V Prakash shared an exciting update on 'Mental Manadhil', his highly anticipated romantic film directed by the renowned Selvaraghavan.

In a post on X, G V Prakash referenced a photo shared by the esteemed director from the film’s shooting sets, stating, "In shoot mode with the legendary @selvaraghavan sir… the movie and its music promise to be a special delight for fans of #aayirathiloruvan and #mayakkamenna."

The film has generated significant enthusiasm, raising expectations due to the successful history of the Selvaraghavan and G V Prakash collaboration, which has produced chart-topping hits previously.

With their reunion, audiences are eager for another blockbuster soundtrack, reminiscent of the memorable scores from 'Aayirathil Oruvan' and 'Mayakkam Enna'.

For those unfamiliar, G V Prakash not only serves as the music director for 'Mental Manadhil' but also stars as the lead and is the producer of the film.

The film features actress Madhuri Jain as the female lead, alongside a talented cast of supporting actors.

On the technical side, the cinematography is handled by Arun Ramakrishnan, while G V Prakash himself composes the music. The editing is conducted by Balaji, with art direction by R.K. Vijay Murugan. The film is being produced by G V Prakash Kumar under Parallel Universe Pictures, with Dinesh Guna acting as the executive producer.

The first three filming schedules wrapped up in the first half of this year, with the fourth schedule commencing in October.

Meanwhile, Selvaraghavan, who has also made an impact as an actor in 'Balti' starring Shane Nigam and 'Aaryan' featuring Vishnu Vishal, expressed his delight at actor Vishnu Vishal's tweet that announced 'Aaryan' had topped the charts on the Netflix OTT platform.
