Los Angeles, March 2 (NationPress) Hollywood icon Harrison Ford has reportedly withdrawn from his role as a presenter at the Academy Awards, as he will not be participating in the ceremony this Sunday.
This unexpected departure stems from a recent diagnosis of shingles, which he received on Friday, according to Variety.
The Mayo Clinic defines shingles as a non-life-threatening and incurable viral infection characterized by a painful rash that appears as "a single stripe of blisters wrapping around one side of the torso".
