Mumbai, April 18 (NationPress) In the midst of her ongoing battle with cancer, actress Hina Khan has journeyed back to her roots in Kashmir for a well-deserved break.

On her Instagram, the star of 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' shared highlights from her enchanting trip to Kashmir, filled with stunning sunsets, traditional markets, family gatherings, and scenic road trips.

The beauty posted a photo of herself fishing in the Dal Lake, alongside vibrant scenes from the local markets. The collection also featured a video of Hina practicing pranayam on a boat.

We also caught a glimpse of her posing next to the Kashmir sign and savoring a breathtaking sunset over the valley.

Hina's recent post offered numerous sneak peeks into her adventures in Kashmir.

She penned a heartfelt note reflecting on her experiences there: "From a little fishing expedition in the Dal to pranayam sessions in the lake, pleasant walks and coffee by the Jhelum, road trips, stunning sunsets, traditional markets, samovar chai, and Kashmiri Thani tchot (the best breakfast ever, by the way), the call to prayer from the mosque, family celebrations, my love for nadru, and picking homegrown produce… ALL THINGS KASHMIRI… Therapy, Healing," Hina expressed.

Previously, Hina shared a video on her Instagram stories driving through the tranquil roads of Kashmir, with her hands out of the car window as the vehicle passed through a tree-lined lane. A half-moon tattoo was visible on her hand.

Additionally, she posted another photo making a finger heart gesture in front of a large 'Kashmir' model positioned by the roadside.

As part of her Kashmir diaries, Hina shared a picture expressing her desire for flavorful Nadru Yakhni, a classic dish made from lotus stems.

During her travels, she encountered the vegetable that reminded her of chef Ranveer Brar's promise to cook the dish for her. Announcing that she was bringing back authentic nadru from Kashmir for the true taste, Hina wrote, "This reminded me of the nadru yakhni you vowed to prepare for me, Ranveer Brar. I’m taking nadru from here."
