Mumbai, Nov 20 (NationPress) Actress Huma Qureshi, known for her recent project “Maharani 4”, expressed that she has mastered the art of tuning out external noise to concentrate on what truly resonates with her as an artist.
In response to a question about navigating the pressure from societal expectations against her personal artistic vision, Huma shared with IANS: “I don't. I don't take the pressure of other people's thoughts and ideas.”
“My focus is on achieving my own future, my own destiny, and dedicating myself to my life and the characters I portray. Their expectations are their concern,” she elaborated.
The actress also reflected on her evolving understanding of success, recognition, and failure, stating that while her perspective has not drastically changed over time, it has matured into something more balanced and grounded.
“It hasn’t transformed dramatically. It’s improved. I’ve deepened my connection with myself as an artist, a person, and a woman,” Huma noted.
“I’m now able to operate without the weight of external pressures. I can genuinely enjoy my work and have fun. Honestly, I can’t complain,” she added.
