Los Angeles, Jan 13 (NationPress) The acclaimed Hollywood actress Blake Lively is said to be involved in a serious conflict with Deborra-Lee Furness, the ex-wife of actor Hugh Jackman.
According to reports from ‘Mirror.co.uk’, Deborra has been quite upset and angry with Blake, who is 37 years old, after it seemed she took sides with her former husband Hugh, 56, following their separation.
Deborra, 69, had spent 27 years married to the star of ‘The Greatest Showman’ before they made the unexpected announcement of their breakup in 2023. Since that time, Deborra has allegedly been distanced from her former spouse. Recent claims suggest that she is currently experiencing an uncomfortable feud with the ‘Gossip Girl’ actress after Hugh publicly revealed his new relationship with American actress Sutton Foster just last week.
A source disclosed to Woman's Day that Deborra-Lee has been left feeling 'furious' at Blake and her husband Ryan Reynolds, believing that they were aware of Hugh's new romance but chose not to inform her. Instead, she learned about the situation when Hugh went public with his new relationship during a date night in Santa Monica, California.
The insider stated, 'She knew they would side with Hugh after the split, but what truly upset Deborra is the strong likelihood that Ryan and Blake must have known about Sutton. It was always challenging for Deb to connect with Blake because of their differences, but she felt they were getting along well enough.'
Despite feeling 'blindsided' by the news of Hugh's new romantic involvement, Deborra is reportedly also 'relieved' after seeing the affectionate pictures of the new couple and is now prepared to move forward in her own love life after their separation over a year and a half ago.
According to Mail Online, Hugh and his new partner Sutton made the decision to publicly acknowledge their relationship as they are no longer 'keen on hiding their love.'
In related news, actor Justin Baldoni, 40, is reportedly planning to file a counter lawsuit against his ‘It Ends With Us’ co-star Blake.
